I would say it is still a $30 well spent and I hope there will be a video study guide for all the courses as I will be definitely buying those too.

My name is Lisa Mark. 2 years ago I made the decision to close the business I had built for 10 years & become a Realtor®. I was one of the first students to take the new Humber Real Estate Salesperson Program in Ontario. I graduated with marks in the 90s and became a Realtor® in Spring 2020. Since graduating, I co-founded my business called Oak & Co. and closed several million dollar deals my first year as an agent selling real estate in Ontario. I love helping other new agents get started and overcome the challenges I faced along the way. I love teaching so I created StudyRealEstate.ca as a resource for new agents in Ontario who are now facing the same challenges I did.

  • Does this video guide cover every detail of C1?

    While the Audio Study Guide for C1 DOES cover every tiny detail you need to study for the exam, this particular Video Study Guide focuses on explaining the more complicated topics in Course 1. It's best used together with the Audio Study Guide, which is written in Q&A form, and is super detailed with both simple and more complex information. The most effective way to prepare for your exams is to use both together.

  • Does this Study Guide mean I don't have to read the course?

    While I pride myself on the level of detail included in these study guides, please don't use them as a replacement for the course material from Humber. All study materials are meant to support the Humber Real Estate Salesperson Program, not replace it entirely.

  • What if I have follow-up questions about something in the course?

    To help support students like us, I created a Facebook group where you can ask any questions you like, as well as help support other students.
