I did well (86 and 88) on the first two exams but was concerned I wouldn’t even achieve the required 75% minimum to pass course 3 as the date drew nearer. The more complex nature of the material, my lack of prior familiarity with it (complicated condo stuff and rural properties as opposed to regular ol’ detached homes in course 2), as well as having had barely any time to study over the holidays left me discouraged and frankly, super scared. After a quick google search, I decided to purchase the audio quizlets for this course because I learn much better that way, and I am SO glad that I did! These are absolutely brilliant and totally saved me. Highly recommended to any other auditory learners out there, or to anyone who wants to study while they’re on-the-go. Thank you so much, Lisa!

Loved the idea of an audio study guide

My name is Lisa Mark. 2 years ago I made the decision to close the business I had built for 10 years & become a Realtor®. I was one of the first students to take the new Humber Real Estate Salesperson Program in Ontario. I graduated with marks in the 90s and became a Realtor® in Spring 2020. Since graduating, I co-founded my business called Oak & Co. and closed several million dollar deals my first year as an agent selling real estate in Ontario. I love helping other new agents get started and overcome the challenges I faced along the way. I love teaching so I created StudyRealEstate.ca as a resource for new agents in Ontario who are now facing the same challenges I did.
